Ah. All together, now: Don't wake the monsters.

So, if the monsters do wake up because of the shouting and try to crash the party, suddenly everybody forgets their animosity?

But some remember.


I certainly won't forget.

And I despise the monsters all the more.

I... am mostly surprised that the monsters weren't taken into account in the "lets make a public response that breaks norms of confidentiality" plan. It's like they forgot the monster sits salivating, waiting for moments to sneak in and pretend relevance and moral superiority.

I'm surprised that one of the involved parties thought the "make a public response that breaks norms of confidentiality" would work any better this time than it did the last time everything blew up.

As my Dad told me 40 years and more ago, "Proper prior planning prevents piss-poor performance."
